Phion AG in Innsbruck has been taken over by Barracuda Networks, a leading world-wide provider of email and internet security solutions. The partnership with ASAPCOM moves onto Barracuda without a ripple. With this takeover by the prominent Barracuda web application firewall, ASAPCOM augments its Phion Enterprise solution portfolio.
