for the second level support in the LAN / WAN and IT security sectors
Your tasks are:
- to give second level support to customers in the LAN / WAN network, network management systems and IT security.
- to implement IT solutions using the latest technology from leading manufactures in existing system scenarios.
- to create Individual concepts within the framework of projects
- to simulate and analyse customer problems and system errors in the reference points of our technological laboratories
- to create and assess specific customer documents and customer safety guidelines
- to escalate individual problems or; respectively errors; direct to the international manufacturers
- Hotline including on-call duty
Your profile will include:
- completed computer science studies or comparable qualifications
- professional experience in the IT environment, especially TCP/IP routing, switching, SMLT, OSPF, BGP, SMTP, HTTP(S), firewall and anti-virus systems ADS/LDAP, etc.
- rapid powers of comprehension and well-developed analytical capabilities
- project experience in LAN / WAN and IT security
- your possession of manufacturing certificates as for example: NCDE, NCSE, CCSA, CCSP, PHSX, or similar
- your ability to work single handed, possess astute good customer orientation and delight in doing consultation work
- your possession of a good knowledge of English both spoken and written
- rapid powers of comprehension and well-developed analytical capabilities
- communication and team spirit abilities
