ITSFM – Platform for expertise transfer

ASAPCOM is a member of the ITSFM users’ association. The ITSMF Deutschland e.V. is worldwide the only independent and internationally recognized organization for IT management and at the same time the platform for knowledge and experience exchanges on the topic of IT service management.

Together with the ITSFM members, ASAPCOM works on current topics and methods in the IT service management sector as for example:

• practically orientated presentation of ITIL
• Quality assessment of IT services
• Publications of further developments in methods and standards
