Premium Plus Services
In addition to the Premium Services, the Premium Plus Service Package offers pro-active monitoring of the network and security systems that are installed at the customer.
In the form of a managed service, heterogeneous system landscapes are monitored under one uniform web interface. Depending on the service level this is carried out during normal working hours or round the clock, seven days a week. It is therefore ensured that there is a fast and complete detection of errors, a diagnosis, and an alert.
In the event that a problem should arise, the remote-control assistance attempts to resolve the error. It can individually detect what amount of information the customer receives as well as the corresponding time period in which it takes place.
