Add-on Modules

The ASAPCOM Hardware additional module extends the Basic, Premium and Premium Plus Services should hardware problems occur.

Hardware Repair & Replacement

With the Hardware Repair Service, the customer is able to send the defect hardware together with an error description to ASAPCOM that in turn forwards the defect hardware to the manufacturer’s repair workshop. When the hardware has been repaired the manufacturer will return it back to ASAPCOM.

With the Hardware Replacement Service there is a pre-exchange of the defective hardware. ASAPCOM immediately sends an identical replacement hardware to the customer. After ASAPCOM receives the repaired hardware back from the manufacturer, it sends it to the customer who in turn sends the replacement hardware back to ASAPCOM.

On Site Service

With the additional Module, On Site Service, a certified ASAPCOM service engineer supports the customer with their technical expertise on site.
